Letter from the Secretary General

I would like to show my sincere gratitude for your interest in GIMUN VII 2024, our school’s annual flagship event which has been a core experience for us, the organising committee as well as the delegates and executive board members. 

One of our goals with this event is to work towards eliminating the somewhat niche identity given to Model United Nations, which is an entirely false pretext for one’s approach and mindset for GIMUN. We are working tirelessly to not only scale the accessibility of the event, but also enhance the experience of all attendees. This experience leaves a deep and permanent impression on one’s skills towards public speaking, debating, negotiating and researching, all of which are of importance across academic, professional and personal lives. Not to mention, the chance to be able to socialise with a diverse group of individuals across various institutions. 

We are looking forward to your presence and collectively make GIMUN VII 2024 a glorious event with resounding success.
